Kacey Roache is a Jacksonville native. She attended Episcopal School of Jacksonville and went on to Florida State University where she earned her degree in Interior Design. Her design background marries nicely with her real estate career, whether it be helping her clients see potential in a remodel or helping sellers stage their home for optimal showing. Kacey lives in Old Ponte Vedra with her husband, TJ, and their three kids, Lucy, Lucas and Lola. Kacey sits on the board of the PVPV Rawlings Elementary PTO as well as Art with a Heart in Healthcare, a non-profit that provides art services to children receiving treatment at Wolfson Children’s Hospital and Nemours.
